The only gripe I have against the story is at the end of the movie. The violence, gore, and language is not for the squeemish and is identical to the videogame as well.Ī must see for sci-fi space/horror fans and anyone who really liked the Dead Space game and want a little back story as to how the events in the game started. The Downfall dvd has a great voice acting cast and the animation is decent (not over-the-top anime style). This movie was really good- pretty close for prequel continuity to the videogame and sets the stage for the incredible survival horror game with the same name.
